Ingredients (makes 20):

  • 1 baguette, sliced into rounds

  • 3 tbsp Happy Adjika Green Chilli Paste

  • 100g cream cheese

  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into ribbons

  • 1 small aubergine, sliced and grilled

  • Fresh dill and pomegranate seeds for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Toast the baguette rounds under a grill until lightly golden.

  2. Spread a thin layer of green adjika on each round.

  3. Top with a dollop of cream cheese, a ribbon of smoked salmon, or a slice of grilled aubergine.
