Ingredients
1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
400g sausage meat (or vegetarian sausage mix)
1 tbsp adjika
1 tsp mustard
1 egg, beaten (for glazing)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp adjika (for glaze)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with 1 tbsp adjika and mustard until well combined.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into two long rectangles. Spread the sausage mixture down the centre of each rectangle.
Fold the pastry over the filling, pressing the edges to seal. Turn the rolls seam-side down and cut into 6 pieces each.
Place the rolls on the prepared tray. Brush with beaten egg.
In a small bowl, mix honey and 1 tbsp adjika. Brush this glaze over the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
