  • 1/2 cup Adjika Pizza Sauce (recipe above)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the entire surface.

  6. Arrange the sliced pepperoni, red onions, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.

  7. Carefully transfer the pizza (on the parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.

  8. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and melted.

  9. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of colour and added flavour, if desired.

  11. Slice the spicy pepperoni pizza into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy!
